Norse IoT had the oportunity to listen to an amazing guest speaker from Duke Energy, and he brought his robots!

Norse IoT enjoyed pizza, robots, and internet of things this Wednesday. Duke Energy’s Steve Hinkel, Director of Advanced Technology Application, brought several robots in for a talk on robotics and IoT in the world of power generation. Steve, who describes himself as an automation engineer and roboticist, works in the Emerging Technology Office, where he supports Duke’s vision to become a national leader in sustainable energy generation and delivery by leveraging technology and innovation to produce clean, affordable, and reliable energy, while reducing environmental impact.
